Division of Housing Stability, Department of Housing and Community Development Guidance The Division of Housing Stability will continue to stay in operation through the COVID-19 crisis: -Families who need to apply for EA Shelter should call remote line 1-866 584-0653 (families/household should not go to local DHS/DTA office – it will be closed to visitors) -Shelter families should reach out to their case manager if they need assistance with food, cleaning supplies, other means of mitigating the spread of COVID-19 -DHCD emailed out a notice to shelter families today regarding how best to prepare themselves Families will no doubt be stressed – anything the Family Resource Centers can do to help with that would be great.
