Volunteer in the Federation for Children with Special Need's Call Center

The Federation for Children with Special Needs is recruiting new Call Center volunteers. 

Volunteering at the Call Center enables you to connect with like-minded people, learn how to respond to a variety of issues, identify trends in special education, and maintain your relationship with the Federation, while helping parents learn about their rights. The Call Center is open from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm on weekdays. Volunteers and interns who have completed the PCTI training can choose to come in for a full 5-hour period (or shorter) but need to be scheduled in advance.
