The Highland Street Foundation offers free admission to many places in Massachusetts on Fridays over the summer, with a different group of options every week. Public libraries often offer discounts and free passes to local attractions including museums, aquariums, and even boathouses. The Boston Public Library allows members to reserve museum passes for single-day use. For those in the Springfield area, the West Springfield Public Library offers discount passes for local attractions like children’s museums and science centers. Next time you visit your local library, ask if they offer any museum passes!
