The North Adams Family Resource Center Family Place and Berkshire Community Action Council is hosting their annual “Back-Packed For Success” events for back to school. Backpacks will be available to all children entering grades K-12 for the 2017-2018 school year.

The event for families living in Florida & Savoy will be held from 5:30-6:30 on August 15 at Gabriel Abbott Elementary School, 56 North County Road, Florida. The event for families living in Williamstown, North Adams, Clarksburg, Adams, & Cheshire will be held from 1-3 p.m. on August 17 at Game On at 66 Main St., North Adams (the old Sleepy’s store).

This event requires pre-registration to ensure that we have backpacks for each child. Registration will be held from July 31 to August 11. To register, contact the Family Resource Center at 413-663-7588.
